Introduction
This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how PT Swift Shipment Solutions ("Swift", "our", "we," or "us"), processes your personal information in the context of logistics operations management through our LogiData hub performance application ("App") and related logistics management system ("System"), in Indonesia.
Controller: Swift is the controller of your personal information processed in connection with this Privacy Policy.
How We Collect Information: We collect your information through our System, which includes the Appwhich is available on Android and iOS and is used by authorised personnel to monitor hub performance and logistics operations. We also process information derived from other systems within our logistics network, including driver delivery tracking systems .
What Information We Collect
We collect, use, store or process information collected either from you directly, through the Logistics Service Provider ("LSP") or automatically through the App and related systems. You can find more details below.
Information You Provide
- Account and Access information. When you log into the App, we collect your work email address, SSO authentication credentials, session identifiers, device identifiers and role-based access control (RBAC) assignments. Access to the App is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Information LSP Provides
- Onbording Information. Before you access the App, the LSP may provide us with certain information as part of workforce onboarding such as your name, workforce management identifier, hub assignment and role designation. We use this information to configure your access permissions on the System. This information may be updated from time to time as workforce assignments change.
Automatically Collected Information
- Technical Information. We collect technical information when you log-in to the App. This information may include device, operating system, App version and usage logs. We also collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information regarding the App, including crash reports and performance logs.
- Location Information. We process location-derived data from our logistics network, including delivery status events, delivery progress data, and zone-level identifiers linked to individual drivers. This data is derived from GPS-enabled devices used in the course of delivery operations. We use this data to monitor delivery operations and hub performance. Where the App is installed on a device with location services enabled, we may also collect location data from that device..
- Performance Information. In connection with hub operations, we may process operational performance data, such as check-in status, delivery progress and attendance and productivity information, which may be associated with your workforce management identifier.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Manage and control the accuracy of logistics service fees charged by the LSP.
- Operate, provide, administer and improve the System and the App, such as enabling authorised personnel to access hub performance dashboards, monitor delivery operations, and query shipment details, providing support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the System..
- Monitor the performance of logistics operations, including hub-level and individual-level delivery and operational productivity metrics.
- Maintain and enhance the safety, security, and stability of the System.
- As required to manage future corporate transactions.
- To the extent necessary only, to comply with legal obligations or requests from authorities, and/or with third parties' legitimate interests, enforce our own terms and policies or detect, investigate, prevent or address illegal activity.
- As required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
How We Share Your Information
Service Providers

Logistics Service Providers
Your LSP may share your personal information with us for the purposes of configuring your access to the App and enabling us to manage logistics operations. Our Corporate Group

- We will use your information to allow authorised personnel to access and use the System, including allowing you to use the App. We also use the information we have to administer and to improve the System, such as to communicate with the LSP, respond to and process queries.
- Legitimate Interests relied upon: To operate, provide, maintain and support the System.
Monitor the usage of the System by the LSP and its drivers
- We will use your information to ensure that the System is used in compliance with with applicable terms and policies.
- Legitimate Interest relied upon: To control the adequate usage of our System.
Maintain and enhance the safety, security and stability of the System
- We will use your information to ensure the safety, security and stability of the System, including by identifying and combating technical or security issues (such as technical bugs, and detecting abuse, fraud, and illegal activity).
- Legitimate Interest relied upon: To ensure the ongoing stability and security of the System and to ensure it is continuously available and functioning.
Comply with requests from authorities
- We will use your information to address requests for information addressed by authorities.
- Legitimate Interest relied upon: To meet authorities' expectations and defend our rights and interests.
Detect, Investigate, Prevent or Address Illegal Activity
- We will use your information where required to detect, investigate, prevent or address illegal activity, such as fraud or misuse of the System.
- Legitimate Interest relied upon: To safeguard the System and prevent illegal activities.
Handle corporate transactions
- We will use your information to conduct corporate transactions, such as a merger, sale of assets or shares, reorganisation, financing, change of control, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

This right applies when we are pursuing our legitimate interests or those of a third party. In submitting an objection request, please provide all relevant information, including the processing activity you are objecting to, why you want to object and how the processing activity affects you, and any additional information that you think will help us review your request. We will stop the particular processing if we don't have compelling legitimate grounds to continue that processing or don’t need it for legal claims.
- Restrict the processing of your information. You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your information where (a) you are challenging the accuracy of the information, (b) the information has been unlawfully processed, but you are opposing the deletion of that information, (c) where you need the information to be retained for the pursuit or defence of a legal claim, or (d) you have objected to processing and you are awaiting the outcome of that objection request.
